A long-established manufacturer of energy and power products needs a hands-on Warehouse Manager for its regional distribution warehouse. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead a team of 15 through 5 supervisors and keep stock moving accurately to branches and trade customers.
What you will own
- Receiving, storage, picking and dispatch
- Stock accuracy, cycle counts and variances
- On-time, in-full regional deliveries
- Safety and housekeeping on the floor
What you bring
- Diploma in Warehouse Management, Distribution or Logistics (NQF 6)
- 5 years’ warehousing in manufacturing, including up to 3 years supervising
- Automotive or industrial products experience preferred
- You lead from the floor and know your team by name
- You find the root cause when stock goes missing
Your technical toolkit
- WMS or ERP (SAP, Syspro or similar)
- Stock control and inventory reporting
- MS Excel for KPI reporting
