Human Resources & Skills Development

Reporting to the Executive of Technical Services you will be required to lead and manage the Engineering Training and Development team to ensure the continuous development of a pipeline of competent, confident and motivated employees. Participate and contribute as a member of critical committees to ensure the company stays in touch and proactively aligned to industry best practices.

Qualifications, Experience and Skill Requirements
• Degree in Human Resources Development Management or equivalent
• Relevant Engineering trade would be highly advantageous
• Engineering T&D Coordinator experience for at least 5 years essential
• Minimum of 10 years discipline-specific experience essential
• Previous experience in Mining Industry preferable
• Previous Engineering T&D Manager experience essential
• Member of Engineering-related committees

• Ability to communicate equally well at Executive or shop floor level

Maintenance Manager -East London

You will be required to take accountability for managing operational projects within the maintenance space, ensuring Infrastructure maintenance initiatives are carried out successfully within agreed timeframes, cost and scope. Manage ad hoc maintenance requests, ensuring issues are addressed within agreed SLA's.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree / NQF level 7 (Essential)
• 5-8 years’ maintenance experience in a supervisory role
• Bottling Equipment experience essential
• MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
