You will manage a busy flow of supplier invoices, reconciliations and payments, ensuring accounts are accurate, current and properly supported.

 

The Role: You will capture supplier invoices, reconcile trade creditor accounts and statements, resolve discrepancies and ensure supporting documentation is complete. You will prepare, load and allocate payments, create purchase orders and produce Pastel reports. You will also support the Senior Accountant with daily and weekly cash-flow reporting and assist with BBBEE documentation and certificate updates
