As Manager, you will lead the Injection Moulding Department, ensuring efficient planning, design, and operation.
This critical role supports project teams in designing and manufacturing injection moulds, assembly automation, and jigs and fixtures.
You will oversee all aspects of local tooling, from project inception through end-of-life, performing essential audits on the facility, moulds, jigs, and equipment to uphold quality standards.
A certified Toolmaker with over 5 years of experience in plastics injection moulding and expertise in SolidWorks, Edgecam, or Mastercam is essential.
In-depth knowledge of plastic injection tooling, CNC programming, CAD, and mould maintenance is required, alongside experience in hot runner systems, process improvement, and budget control.
You should have 15–20 years of tooling experience, 5 of which should be in a management role.
An engineering qualification equivalent to N5 or N6.
Proficiency in fine tolerances, CAM programming, mould repair, and team training is essential.
Mastery of MS Office, MS Project, or similar planning software is advantageous.
Additionally, you will possess advanced milling skills, be able to review and modify CAD designs and conduct detailed quality checks before production.
