An exciting opportunity exists for a hands-on Administration & Logistics Supervisor to oversee reverse logistics and warehouse operations within a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is critical in ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient returns processing, and seamless coordination of stock movements between distribution centres. Six-month contract within a dynamic distribution environment. Exposure to end-to-end reverse logistics operations.
Essential Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management (advantageous).
- Proven experience in a warehouse or reverse logistics environment.
- Supervisory experience managing teams of 10–12 staff.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (essential).
- Solid understanding of inventory management, stock control, and cycle counting.
- Immediate availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse and administrative teams to achieve operational targets.
- Manage stock returns and coordinate transfers between distribution centres.
- Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory variances.
- Create and track Purchase Requisitions.
Ensure compliance with system transactions, policies, and safety standards
