You will collaborate with sales, product development, and customer support teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Essential Requirements:
- A recognised tertiary qualification in sales or a chemical-related field
- At least three years of sales experience in composites or related industries.
- A strong track record in sales, combined with computer proficiency, is essential.
- Possess knowledge and experience in chemicals and manufacturing processes.
This role requires proactive customer engagement to identify product and service needs and ensure seamless order management alongside the sales team. A deep understanding of current market trends is critical, enabling the implementation of strategic sales plans to meet targets.
You must provide customers with financial insights regarding their credit position to maintain consistent product and service supply. The role also involves identifying and resolving customer challenges efficiently, ensuring a high standard of service and support.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required to succeed in this position.
