Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager will lead and oversee all supply chain operations, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
The role demands a strategic, analytical thinker with strong leadership and interpersonal and problem-solving skills to drive efficiency and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- You must hold a degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of supply chain management experience, including 5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, food, FMCG, or personal care industries, particularly within GMP-regulated environments, is essential.
- Expertise in forecasting, ERP systems, inventory management, and MS Office proficiency is essential.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams in a dynamic environment are critical.
The role encompasses strategic supplier identification, contract negotiation, and performance management.
Responsibilities include optimising inventory levels, ensuring seamless production planning, implementing lean manufacturing principles, conducting audits, and mitigating supply chain risks.
You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, develop sustainable practices, and ensure compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and ethical standards.
Additionally, the role involves fostering team collaboration, coaching talent, and staying informed on industry regulations to maintain a competitive edge.
