You will manage and support store operations, ensuring business growth, brand consistency, and a strong store experience. This position requires exceptional leadership, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
 
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in retail, franchise, or buying group management in a regional or multi-unit capacity, along with
  • A strong background in retail operations, sales, marketing, and customer service is essential,
  • The ability to analyse financial reports and performance metrics to drive revenue growth and operational success.
  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills,
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to prioritise tasks and drive results.
  • A comprehensive understanding of legal and regulatory requirements within the retail sector is required.
  • The role demands flexibility to travel within the region.
 
Key responsibilities include providing strategic business support to store owners, ensuring operational excellence through compliance with brand standards, conducting regular performance evaluations and audits, and collaborating with internal departments to implement company initiatives. You will act as the primary liaison for store owners, offering guidance, resolving operational challenges, and fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment across all locations.
