Reporting to the Specifications Manager, you will secure product specifications on corporate property projects, working with interior designers, architects and project managers on the design-led side of each space.
What you will own
- Designer, architect and project manager relationships
- A pipeline of refurbishment, fit-out and new-build projects
- Specifications from design stage to completion
- CPD presentations that generate project leads
What you bring
- Qualification in interior design, architecture or construction
- Fluent English and a valid driver’s licence
- 3 to 5 years in specification sales or the built environment
- You turn a designer’s vision into a specification, not just a sample request
- You follow through until the order lands

- Confident CPD and technical presentations
- MS Office and accurate pipeline reporting
