A leading South African manufacturer requires an experienced IT Solution Specialist to join its IT Division based in Johannesburg – Gauteng. Reporting to the Senior Manager – IT Customer Services, you will develop new system functionality for critical, end-to-end business processes, while maintaining, updating and troubleshooting existing systems. The role focuses on enterprise, global and local systems, including the SAP S/4HANA ERP system (MM and SD modules).
Minimum Requirements
- NQF Level 6 qualification (360 credits) in a business discipline or Information Systems
- SAP MM/SD module certification advantageous
- 8 to 10 years’ work experience, including at least 6 years in SAP MM/SD modules, including configuration
- ABAP development and debugging experience advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis and translate requirements into system solutions
- Design and document system solutions, workflows and integrations
- Project manage system developments from design through to deployment
- Configure system data structures and functionality to specification
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing system solutions
- Engage stakeholders across IT and the business to align priorities
