A well-established organisation within the built environment and large-scale residential project delivery sector is seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee on-site execution and ensure projects are delivered according to programme, quality standards, and strict operational deadlines. This role is suited to a hands-on construction professional with strong site coordination capability and a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams within fast-paced project environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Construction-related qualification advantageous
- Minimum 5 years’ Foreman experience within residential or large-scale building environments
- Strong understanding of site execution, quality control and contractor coordination
- Experience managing project timelines and technical site requirements
- Strong communication and team leadership ability
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site activities and project execution
- Manage site teams and subcontractor coordination
- Ensure quality standards and compliance procedures are maintained
- Monitor project progress against programme deadlines
- Manage documentation, reporting, handovers, and issue resolution
