A well-established South African manufacturing organisation requires an experienced SHE Officer to support the implementation and monitoring of Safety, Health and Environmental standards across plant operations.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 plus SAMTRAC or National Diploma in Safety Management
- Minimum 3 years’ SHE experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Working knowledge of the OHS Act and related legislation
- Exposure to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems
- Understanding of environmental, noise and energy compliance standards
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with SHE policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Conduct HIRA assessments, inspections and incident investigations
- Support environmental management and energy efficiency initiatives
- Promote SHE awareness and safety culture across operational teams
