Senior SQL Server Developer

This role demands an experienced professional with a deep understanding of SQL Server development, including the creation, optimisation, and maintenance of complex stored procedures.
This full-time, in-office position requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience, particularly in transactional and operational systems, with a focus on SQL Server hosted on AWS RDS and SQL Server Express.
You will excel in technical communication, translating business needs into detailed technical solutions and effectively documenting these for stakeholder approval. A background in the mining or heavy industry sectors, alongside familiarity with cloud technologies and database migration, will be advantageous.
You will be tasked with optimising existing SQL code, developing SSRS reports, and collaborating closely with front-end teams to ensure seamless integration.
The role also involves working with GitHub for version control, handling unpredictable support needs, and managing multiple tasks under pressure.
