Finance Reporting & Recons Administrator

A well-established manufacturing organisation is seeking a Finance Reporting & Recons Administrator to support month-end reporting, financial analysis, and reconciliation processes. This role is suited to a detail-oriented finance professional with strong reporting capability and a disciplined approach to financial accuracy and audit compliance. You will play a key role in profitability reporting, commission calculations, journal processing, and reconciliation activities, providing accurate financial insights and supporting operational decision-making.
Essential Requirements
- BCom degree (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance/reporting role within manufacturing
- Working knowledge of SYSPRO or SAGE
- Proven experience in commission calculations, discount allowances, journals (DR/CR), fixed asset depreciation, and royalty/rebate calculations
- Solid understanding of BOM, inventory flow, and financial impacts across AP and AR
- Payroll input exposure (data capture only)
Key Responsibilities
- Compile monthly profitability and customer reports
- Calculate commissions and validate supporting documentation
- Prepare and process journals (DR & CR)
- Manage discount allowances and depreciation schedules
- Support royalty and rebate calculations
- Perform month-end GLV reconciliations
- Capture payroll data inputs accurately
