Cape Town | National Territory. Join an established manufacturing business supplying consumable products to the packaging, FMCG and industrial markets. This role is well suited to a proven sales professional with experience in the packaging industry or a related manufacturing environment.
You will manage and grow an existing customer portfolio while actively developing new business nationally. This is a hands-on, field-based sales role requiring strong prospecting, relationship management, negotiation and closing skills. Regular national travel is required.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Proven external B2B sales experience with a strong record of achieving targets.
- Experience selling manufactured consumables into packaging, FMCG or manufacturing environments will be strongly considered. (packaging experience is highly advantageous)
- Strong new business development and account management capability.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- High level of computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Professional fluency in English and Afrikaans, written and spoken.
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
- Willing and able to travel nationally.
