Take the lead in growing a respected product brand across the Cape Town market. This role offers an ambitious, commercially minded individual the opportunity to build a career in external sales while contributing to the company’s regional retail expansion.
You will identify new business opportunities, develop customer relationships and grow accounts across the trade and retail market. Working independently, you will manage your territory and sales targets, build strong product knowledge and provide customers with responsive, professional support.
Minimum Requirements
- Exposure to sales, customer service or a customer-facing environment
- Paint specification experience is highly advantageous
- An understanding of specification processes would be beneficial
- Strong commercial drive and a genuine desire to build a sales career
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop a customer base from the ground up
- Capacity to learn technical product information quickly
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own time, territory and targets independently
