A specialist manufacturing business operating within the FMCG and packaging environment is seeking a commercially focused Sales Representative / Account Manager to drive revenue growth through the acquisition of key strategic accounts.
This role is centred on developing new business across retail, healthcare, and hospitality sectors, engaging directly with brand owners and procurement stakeholders to deliver customer-specific manufacturing solutions aligned to market demand. The position requires a disciplined hunter profile with the ability to convert complex opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships.
You will bring strong B2B sales experience within FMCG, packaging, or production environments, together with a proven ability to secure new business and close high-value deals. Established relationships with retail buyers, brand owners, or procurement decision-makers will be a distinct advantage.
This is a performance-driven role where speed to revenue, commercial judgement, and consultative selling capability will be critical to success.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience within FMCG, packaging, or manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and deal closure
- Existing network within retail, brand owners, or procurement
- Exposure to customer-specific manufacturing or product development environments
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
- Ability to manage extended sales cycles (6–18 months)
