Sales Representative

Join a specialist supplier of industrial-grade hand cleaners, barrier creams and cleaning agents. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a solid grasp of retail dynamics who enjoys building strong client relationships and actively growing market share. You’ll work across a set customer base and actively seek out new retail clients, providing tailored solutions and product support. Installation of dispensers, product training, and target achievement are central to this role.
Minimum Requirements & Experience
- Proven sales experience in FMCG, chemical, or hygiene-related products
- Experience working with Pastel (Rep codes)
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Technical competence in installing/maintaining dispensers
Preferred
- Prior retail channel experience and knowledge of hygiene/cleaning sector products
- Ability to train customers on product use and dispenser installations
Technical & Commercial Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent planning, reporting, and time management abilities
- Proficient in compiling call reports, territory analysis, and sales plans
- Ability to monitor and assess competitor activity
