A well-established organisation in the property development and built environment sector is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support a fast-paced regional sales team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working in a structured environment, managing sales administration, coordinating documentation and ensuring smooth operational support across multiple projects.
 
Minimum Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in sales administration or customer support environment
  • Strong administrative and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A highly organised professional who thrives in a deadline-driven, customer-focused environment.
  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prepare all sales documentation and compliance records
  • Coordinate updates to internal sales systems and digital platforms
  • Support the sales team with daily operational requirements
  • Assist with site visits, project presentation readiness and reporting
  • Process invoices, claims and administrative documentation
  • Coordinate marketing material and support campaign rollouts
