This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working in a structured environment, managing sales administration, coordinating documentation and ensuring smooth operational support across multiple projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in sales administration or customer support environment
- Strong administrative and reporting capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A highly organised professional who thrives in a deadline-driven, customer-focused environment.
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prepare all sales documentation and compliance records
- Coordinate updates to internal sales systems and digital platforms
- Support the sales team with daily operational requirements
- Assist with site visits, project presentation readiness and reporting
- Process invoices, claims and administrative documentation
- Coordinate marketing material and support campaign rollouts
