A commercially driven leader is needed to guide the company’s market re-entry, rebuild customer confidence, and reposition the business as a modern, reliable, and performance-focused manufacturer of electrical components. This role influences revenue growth, customer perception, and brand credibility while steering a structured commercial turnaround.
 
You will take ownership of the sales pipeline, manage strategic accounts, and execute a focused growth and brand renewal plan alongside engineering, operations, and leadership. The role requires strengthening customer engagement, elevating digital visibility, and delivering technical-led marketing that supports product adoption and market expansion.
 
Requirements
  • 5–10 years’ B2B technical sales experience in electrical components, engineered products, or industrial solutions.
  • Successful track record in revenue growth and customer relationship management.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise (LinkedIn, Google Ads, CRM).
  • Ability to translate technical functionality into commercial value.
  • Technical qualification advantageous.
