Sales Manager

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, particularly within the packaging and value-added products sectors.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing, alongside a minimum of five years of proven sales experience, is required.
You will demonstrate strong business acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage time and prioritse a demanding workload effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to perform under pressure are also essential for success in this role.
This role requires the management of both existing accounts and new business development, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. You will coordinate with teams across various factories to ensure timely order delivery while maintaining close relationships with customers through regular visits and communication.
