Sales Manager

You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager.
 
This role involves providing leadership, mentorship, and training to the team, setting sales targets, analysing sales data, and implementing strategic sales plans.
 
As the sales Manager, you will oversee sales territories, manage administrative duties related to sales operations, and address customer service concerns.
 
The role also focuses on product management, including new product development, market expansion, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
 
Essential that you have a BCom in Sales and Marketing. An NDip in Food Sciences would be an advantage.  Essential that you have a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in manufacturing and strong financial acumen.
 
Advanced computer literacy, particularly in MS Office, and a driver’s license alongside a willingness to travel.
 
You will also be responsible for preparing budgets, managing working capital, overseeing exports, and negotiating supply agreements.
 
This role requires a results-oriented individual who can effectively lead, manage targets, and drive business growth.
