Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Certificate (NQF 5) or equivalent.
 
Experience:
  • Up to 3 years’ experience as a Business Representative or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
 
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience with SAP, ERP systems, Salesforce, and other business software.
 
Key Competencies & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage new customer accounts and support strategic route planning.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide monthly reporting, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Introduce marketing initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and align strategies.
  • Oversee credit applications, debt collection processes, and manage financial risk.
  • Liaise closely with warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and support customers with stock forecasting and management.
  • Uphold compliance standards and support cost control initiatives to optimise resources.
  • Deliver high-level customer service, provide technical product training, and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Continuously update customer databases and provide promotional support through POS materials and events.
