A well-established organisation within the professional beauty and aesthetics industry seeks to appoint an experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee commercial performance across the Western and Eastern Cape.
Based in Cape Town, the role is responsible for delivering regional revenue targets, expanding the professional client base and strengthening brand presence within the market. You will lead and develop the regional sales team, drive account growth and ensure consistent execution of promotional campaigns and brand standards.
This position requires a commercially focused sales leader with strong analytical capability, the ability to translate sales data into actionable strategies and a proven track record of achieving sales growth within the professional beauty or aesthetic sector.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Management.
- Professional qualification in ITEC, CIDESCO or Somatology (essential).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Sales Management role within the professional beauty or aesthetics sector.
- Proven experience managing regional sales targets and leading field-based teams.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with CRM or ERP systems.
