A minimum of five years of management experience in the building and construction industry is required, along with expertise in building product manufacturing, and sales within the construction sector.
The role demands strong leadership, business operations management, financial acumen, and CRM proficiency.
Key responsibilities include assessing market conditions, monitoring sales performance, and driving sales growth through strategic market penetration and customer conversion efforts. The role involves collaboration with various departments, including finance and marketing, to enhance product offerings and market presence.
The position requires some travel and involves promoting corporate initiatives while maintaining effective internal communications across company departments.
