A specialist consumer formulations business is expanding its innovation capability and is recruiting an R&D Chemist to play a hands-on role in developing next-generation products. This position suits a technically strong chemist who enjoys practical laboratory work, structured experimentation, and translating formulations from concept through to commercial production.

 

You will hold a BSc in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline and bring 2–5 years of formulation experience within consumer products. Strong capability in troubleshooting, optimisation, and scale-up of complex formulation systems is essential, together with disciplined project management and clear technical reporting.
