You will measure and price from the architect and engineer drawings, value subcontractor work and site progress.
Approve orders against budget and report the cost position each month. Your numbers guide the decisions, and the site teams rely on them.
A consistent workload, a Pretoria base that keeps you out of the Johannesburg commute, and a clear path to Senior Quantity Surveyor.
What you bring:
- BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying
- Three to five years as a Quantity Surveyor
- Confident measuring and pricing from drawings at current market rates
- Subcontractor valuations and progress valuations for funding draws
- Strong budget monitoring, forecasting and cost reporting
- Accuracy under pressure and discretion with confidential information
