Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production Shift Supervisor, Eastern Cape based, to oversee Plant operations and resources, including Production and Maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering production targets whilst ensuring optimal product quality standards in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner.

You will be responsible for driving production targets through effective resource management, ensure high-quality outputs aligned with operational standards and overseeing maintenance to minimize downtime and improve performance.

 

Ability to  lead, coach, and develop production teams and enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance, coupled with managing costs and contributing to budget efficiency.

 

Essential requirements for the role include:

Up to 5 years’ experience in Production or Maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment copuled with a minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory role.

Matric (Grade 12) and a Technical/Production Certificate (NQF 5)

Advantageous to hold a Diploma (NQF 6), Trade Test, and/or First Line Management certification
