You’ll play a crucial role in promoting premium paint solutions, providing expert technical guidance, and influencing specifications on high-profile projects.
Experience:
- Previous experience working on construction projects with a strong understanding of project workflows and specification processes.
- Proven background in specifications, engaging directly with architects, designers, and contractors, not retail.
- Experience in paint specifications is highly advantageous; however, candidates with technical specification experience in other construction sectors (e.g., electrical) will also be considered.
Technical Skills:
- Ability to interpret and advise on technical specifications and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Other Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to conduct workshops and product demonstrations.
- Strong client relationship management and consultative abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred:
- Formal qualification in architecture, interior design, construction, or a related field.
