Outbound Operation Supervisor

You will oversee the daily execution of outbound logistics, ensuring the accurate and timely dispatch of goods across multiple operations, including those in Durban, Newcastle, and Port Shepstone.
Essential Requirements:
- A logistics or supply chain qualification
- A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in logistics or dispatch environments.
- A strong command of SAP systems is essential for managing dispatch workflows, ensuring inventory accuracy, and generating performance reports.
- You will demonstrate exceptional leadership, with the ability to motivate teams, manage competing priorities, and implement process improvements under pressure.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills are critical for coordinating cross-functional collaboration and maintaining compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Preferred candidates will have experience managing remote teams, optimising outbound logistics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within a high-volume distribution environment.
