We are seeking a results-driven New Business Partner to secure new customers and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a persuasive, ambitious sales professional with a strong background in logistics and road freight. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment, balancing relationship-building with commercial negotiation to achieve sales targets. Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in logistics/road freight with a proven track record.
- Grade 12 (essential).
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business or equivalent is advantageous.
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of sales techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation ability.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and secure sales to achieve targets.
- Understand clients’ operations to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
- Negotiate competitive rates aligned with company strategy.
- Support clients through onboarding and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
- Deliver timely, accurate administrative documentation.
