Our client, a well-established technical products and spplier operation based in Boksburg, is seeking a hands-on Network Administrator to own their ICT infrastructure. This is an opportunity for a technically strong administrator who thrives on solving problems and keeping systems running smoothly.
You will manage network infrastructure, oversee server maintenance and backups, and deliver first-line helpdesk support to end-users. From disaster recovery testing to hardware troubleshooting, you will be the go-to person keeping the business connected and protected.

Key requirements:
- Strong knowledge of network configuration, hardware troubleshooting and server management
- Expertise in backup software, data restoration testing and disaster recovery execution
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g. Topdesk)
- Sound understanding of Windows updates, database maintenance and system contingency planning
- Excellent interpersonal and training skills, with the ability to guide end-users confidently
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
