A leading professional personal care brand seeks a commercially astute National Educator to join its training team based in Durban North. This role is suited to a qualified Skin Care Therapist who combines strong lecturing capability with operational discipline and the ability to influence both retail and professional partners across KZN.
You will execute the national training strategy, deliver structured education programmes, and elevate product and treatment expertise across stockists and training institutes. The role requires regular travel (approximately one week per month) and close alignment with Sales and Marketing to support promotional and business objectives. A structured, self-driven professional with strong presentation skills and commercial awareness will thrive in this role.
- Essential Requirements
- Diploma / Degree / Advanced Diploma in Somatology or Beauty Therapy
- CIDESCO, ITEC or SAAHSP advantageous
- 2–3 years’ professional industry experience across multiple brands
- 2–3 years’ lecturing or training experience
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Proficient in MS Office
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and manage the national training calendar
- Execute education strategy and Train-the-Trainer initiatives
- Build and maintain institute and stockist relationships
- Support in-trade upskilling and promotional rollouts
- Monitor competitor trends and industry developments
- Manage reporting, administration and training records with accuracy
