National Distribution Manager

Join a well-established manufacturing and distribution business where you will take full responsibility for leading a national warehousing and distribution function.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead a national warehousing and distribution operation. You will drive operational excellence across the business.
You will ensure exceptional customer service, inventory accuracy, cost control and on-time delivery. You will also lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing or a related discipline.
- 10–12 years’ senior warehousing and distribution experience.
- Essential: Proven success managing a national warehouse and distribution operation within a manufacturing, FMCG or similarly complex environment.
- Strong experience in inventory management, distribution planning, third-party logistics and ERP systems.
- Demonstrated leadership of large operational teams with a continuous improvement mindset.

- Lead national warehouse and distribution operations.
- Drive inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency and service delivery.
- Manage transport and third-party logistics partners.
- Oversee budgets, operational reporting and performance metrics.
- Develop and coach management teams while embedding a culture of accountability, safety and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships across operations, production, sales and customer service to ensure on-time, in-full delivery and outstanding customer satisfaction.
