Experience & Technical Skills
- Minimum 8–10 years in compliance, risk or regulatory governance roles.
- Proven experience in the luxury goods, premium retail, or regulated consumer sectors.
- Strong knowledge of local regulatory frameworks (FMCG, POPIA, CPA, FICA).
- Competence in compliance management systems and risk analysis tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of national compliance strategies.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements across all operational areas.
- Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and compliance training.
- Manage engagement with regulatory bodies and third-party compliance stakeholders.
Report compliance metrics to executive leadership and advise on risk mitigation
