A senior Marketing Manager is required to lead the full commercial and marketing function. This role is accountable for managing major B2B customer relationships, pricing strategy, external grower supply, and market intelligence.
The position operates at a senior management level and provides structured commercial insight to directors, particularly during volatile or oversupplied market conditions. You will balance customer, supplier, and operational priorities through disciplined commercial judgement, strong analytics, and close alignment with packhouse execution.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Agribusiness, Commerce, or Supply Chain
- 7–10+ years’ experience in a senior B2B marketing or commercial role
- Proven experience managing large retailer, wholesale, or distribution accounts
- Exposure to FMCG supply chains or fresh produce
- Strong pricing, negotiation, and commercial decision-making ability
- Experience sourcing and managing external suppliers
- Solid analytical capability and structured reporting skills
- Knowledge of product specifications, compliance, and food standards
- Ability to operate at the senior management and board interaction level
