Marketing Manager

We are looking for a commercially astute Marketing Manager with a proven background in automotive parts manufacturing to drive category strategy, marketing execution, and customer service integration. This high-impact role focuses on market growth, product visibility, and brand positioning.
 
Qualifications and Experience
  • BCom or BA/BSc in Marketing, Communications, or Administration
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Marketing Manager, Product Manager, or Customer Service Manager role
  • Must come from an automotive manufacturing environment with a strong technical grasp of product ranges
  • Experience working in or with global entities is advantageous
  • Proven ability to lead data-driven strategies across category management and marketing
 
Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
  • Strong experience in consumer insights, brand strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or WebTrends preferred
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse market trends to drive category growth and brand performance
  • Manage product lifecycles and outbound marketing activity
  • Oversee customer service operations to ensure alignment with marketing goals
  • Approve branding, catalogues, and product research to meet commercial objectives
