A hands-on opportunity to support executing a dynamic marketing strategy that protects and promotes the Group’s brand and commercial objectives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings creative flair and strategic discipline. Reporting to senior management, you will manage day-to-day marketing operations, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and analyse campaign performance to ensure alignment with business priorities.
 
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Grade 12 / Matric essential
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or IMM
  • 3–5 years’ marketing experience within a commercial environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Advanced Excel)
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of strategic marketing plans and campaigns
  • Coordinate creative direction and content development across channels
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
  • Monitor marketing performance and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Manage digital content, social media, print, and promotional assets
  • Maintain brand integrity across all external and internal communications
  • Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to meet marketing objectives
  • Track budgets, maintain reporting and ensure alignment with KPIs
