Maintenance Supervisor

You will be responsible for leading factory maintenance activities to ensure plant reliability, minimise downtime, and support production targets while maintaining safety, quality, and cost standards. The role coordinates preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance across equipment and infrastructure, supervises technical staff, and ensures compliance with statutory and operational requirements within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Requirements
- Trade Test with Technical Certificate (NQF 5).
- First Line Management qualification advantageous; Diploma preferred.
- Approximately 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role and exposure to shift operations.
- Working knowledge of SAP / ERP maintenance systems and MS Office.
- Sound understanding of maintenance principles, asset care, and OHSE legislation.
