Maintenance Supervisor

A qualified and registered Red Seal Millwright is sought for the role of Maintenance Supervisor. You must have at least 10 years post-qualification experience and 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
Essential Requirements:
- Possess in-depth technical expertise in electrical wiring, PLCs, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems and be able to interpret complex electrical drawings.
- Experience with drive programming, electronic repairs, and PLC troubleshooting will be highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in using various testing methods and equipment is required, along with strong computer literacy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, manage people across shifts, and drive high-performance maintenance standards is essential. Health and Safety training is mandatory, and candidates must exhibit strong organisational and communication skills.
Availability for standby, overtime, and urgent breakdowns is critical, and you must reside nearby to meet operational requirements. This role requires a hands-on leader with a solid technical foundation and the ability to maintain uptime and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
