What you will own
- The team, budget and critical spares
- Equipment reliability and repair turnaround
- Continuous improvement on high-speed lines
What you bring
- Degree or BTech: Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronics or Mechanical
- 4 to 6 years of technical maintenance or equipment repair experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience leading a maintenance team or workshop
Your technical toolkit
- Electronic and electromechanical fault-finding
- Root Cause Analysis that fixes problems for good
- Planning, backlog and SLA turnaround control
- Spares and budget control
