We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Fitter to join the Technical Services team. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment is kept in optimal working condition, attending to mechanical breakdowns, and performing planned changeovers to minimise downtime and maintain production efficiency. This role is critical to supporting smooth operations in a fast-paced production environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 and/or a recognised Trade Test Certificate (Red Seal) as a Fitter.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a packaging environment, preferably in beauty, Pharma, FMCG, or related industries.
- Worked on machines where liquid products would have been filled and packaged
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Access.
- Capable of compiling accurate maintenance reports.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with sound numeracy and literacy.
