Junior Process Engineer

Build your process engineering career within an established manufacturing operation where safety, technical integrity and continuous improvement are central to performance. Working under the guidance of the Process Safety Engineer, you will gain hands-on exposure to process optimisation, engineering projects, plant performance and process safety systems.
 
Minimum Requirements
  • BSc or BEng in Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years’ process engineering experience within a manufacturing or processing environment.
  • Sound understanding of chemical engineering principles and production processes.
  • Working knowledge of Process Safety Management and risk methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret P&IDs, PFDs and technical specifications.
  • Knowledge of process control, instrumentation and DCS.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • You will support process safety programmes, technical integrity and engineering governance.
  • Responsibilities include analysing plant data, troubleshooting operational issues, maintaining engineering documentation and supporting MOC, PHA and LOPA activities.
  • You will contribute to process optimisation, engineering projects, commissioning, automation and DCS improvements while supporting continuous improvement across safety, quality and productivity.
