Reporting to IT Management, you will keep a Microsoft and virtualised environment stable, secure and running smoothly. You will resolve issues from user support through to infrastructure, as part of a close-knit IT team that values ownership and practical problem-solving.
What you will own
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network and user issues
- Installing, configuring and upgrading systems, including scheduled maintenance
- Security standards across the network infrastructure
- Clear documentation of resolutions and system changes
What you bring
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field
- Solid grounding in networking principles and infrastructure
- Microsoft, Cisco or VMware certification advantageous
- You explain technical issues in language users understand
- You own a problem until it is solved, not just logged

- VMware and Hyper-V
- Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure administration
- Windows and Linux operating systems
