You will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support within a 24/7 helpdesk environment. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving IT issues across remote sites and cloud applications, ensuring seamless operations.

  • You must have 1–3 years of IT support experience and be familiar with remote desktop tools (e.g., RDP, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
 
  • Expertise in Windows administration, basic Linux and networking knowledge (VPN, LAN/WAN), and experience with tools like Zabbix are essential.
 
  • Proficiency in SQL and printer troubleshooting and understanding cloud platforms like Azure AD or Google Workspace are highly desirable.
 
  • Preferred qualifications include certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Cisco CCNA, though equivalent experience is valued.
 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment are critical.
 
  • Additional skills in PowerShell scripting, API integrations, or Power BI reporting are advantageous.
 
  • The ability to communicate in Afrikaans is highly advantageous.
