An established manufacturer within the consumer goods sector is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to support revenue growth and deliver consistent customer service excellence.
This role focuses on managing existing client relationships, converting inbound enquiries, and ensuring seamless order processing within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
The position requires a proactive individual who can balance sales execution with administrative accuracy, ensuring all customer interactions translate into efficient service delivery and repeat business.
Essential Requirements
- Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in internal sales or customer service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong time management and organisational capability
- Customer-focused with a commercial mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Convert inbound enquiries into sales opportunities
- Process orders and maintain accurate sales documentation
- Handle walk-in and telephonic customer interactions
