Join a fast-growing electrical solutions provider as an Internal Sales Representative focused on outbound B2B prospecting and lead generation. This role is ideal for a driven individual with excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of sales fundamentals.
 
You’ll be responsible for initiating contact with new clients, qualifying prospects, and supporting large-scale lighting and retrofit project sales. A proactive and results-oriented mindset is essential, along with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
 
Minimum Requirements
  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound B2B sales
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with a self-motivated, energetic approach
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with a sales team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Competent with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Computer literate
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads and set appointments
  • Qualify prospects and align client needs with product offerings
  • Create and pass on warm leads to the external sales team
  • Follow sales scripts and maintain professional phone conduct
  • Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM
