A manufacturing facility is seeking an Industrial Engineering Intern for a three-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real exposure to process improvement, SOP development, and operational excellence across a busy production environment.
You will work across departments, engaging directly with supervisors and managers to document, map, and improve operational processes. Ideal for a final-year or recently graduated Industrial Engineering student ready to apply classroom knowledge in a practical setting.
Qualifications:
- Completed a degree in Industrial Engineering
Essential Skills:
- Strong written communication and documentation ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio or similar process-mapping software
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently across all levels of an organisation
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of process mapping and workflow analysis
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement principles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
