A leading supplier of premium bedding solutions seeks an experienced Hospitality Sales Manager to drive sales growth within the hotel and leisure sector. The role focuses on securing supply agreements with hotels, lodges, and resorts while building long-term client relationships across South Africa and Africa.
Essential Requirements
- Grade 12 with a Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Hospitality.
- 7–10 years’ B2B sales experience, including hospitality sector exposure.
- Proven new business development and relationship management expertise.
- Experience managing tenders, quotations, and large-scale projects.
- Experience with Syspro and strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across South Africa and Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the hospitality sector.
- Identify and secure new clients and supply agreements.
- Develop relationships with hotel groups, developers, and procurement managers.
- Manage tenders, quotations, and hospitality projects.
- Deliver product presentations aligned with brand standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline reports.
Represent the organisation at industry events and manage regional sales agents.
