Head of Sales – Asset based Finance

You will be responsible for devising and executing commercial strategies that align with the group’s business development and sales and marketing goals.
 
This role demands 10-15 years of Sales Management experience with a solid asset-based finance background.
 
You will leverage strong business acumen, strategic influencing skills, and a deep understanding of funding markets and industry relationships.
 
Key responsibilities include overseeing group commercial strategy, sales, marketing, and remarketing initiatives, managing functional teams, and driving ad-hoc projects.
 
This role encompasses planning, developing, and implementing commercial strategies to support the group’s business development and sales and marketing strategy.
 
Qualification
  • Commercial Degree and or Post Graduate Degree or equivalent in management
 
Experience
  • 10-15 years of experience in a Financial Services or Capital Equipment Finance or IT / Office Equipment environment
 
Skills
  • Excellent understanding of Commercial, Sales and Marketing within an asset-based finance banking environment
  • Wide base of existing OEM and industry relationships
  • Sound business acumen
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strategic liaison & influencing skills
  • Sound understanding and application of business technologies
  • Presentation and business communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills (advanced Excel)
