A high-impact leadership opportunity for a results-driven industry Executive. Reporting to the CEO and Board, this role carries full commercial accountability for a national beauty and professional care business. You will drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational excellence across Sales, Distribution, Education, and Marketing.
This position requires a commercially astute executive with deep sector insight, including product lifecycle management, shelf-life sensitivity, stock rotation, pricing strategy and brand positioning within professional channels.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
- 10+ years’ Sales experience, with 7+ years at a senior leadership level
- Proven track record in managing multi-site operations and cross-functional teams
- Strong governance, financial acumen and strategic planning capability
- Experience within cosmetics, aesthetics, professional beauty or pharmaceutical.
Key Deliverables
- Develop and execute a national sales and growth strategy
- Expand market penetration across clinics, spas, hotels and e-commerce channels
- Lead pricing, rebates and annual budgeting processes
- Oversee warehouse efficiency, compliance and stock integrity
- Present performance reviews and strategic plans to the Board
